- BPartner organise payments and collect charges from Home Owner monthly
- Administration with Utility and Management Companies are managed up-to-dated

TENANT MANAGEMENT - Rented apartment has monthly fee in terms of % of rent
- BPartner organise payments & collect from Tenant monthly by bank transfer for reason of transparency
- Invoice for both Rent and Utilities are issued to Tenant by BPartner
- 210% of rent as security deposit which would cover expenses if agreement was cancelled
- Over 15 day outstanding payment might lead to termination of agreement with immediate effect
