APARTMENT MANAGEMENT
- NO fee for vacant apartment
- BPartner organise payments and collect charges from Home Owner monthly
- Administration with Utility and Management Companies are managed up-to-dated
- Regular inspection and check condition of apartment and fittings
- THE APARTMENT MUST BE READY FOR RENT IMMEDIATELY
TENANT MANAGEMENT
- Rented apartment has monthly fee in terms of % of rent
- BPartner organise payments & collect from Tenant monthly by bank transfer for reason of transparency
- Invoice for both Rent and Utilities are issued to Tenant by BPartner
- 210% of rent as security deposit which would cover expenses if agreement was cancelled
- Over 15 day outstanding payment might lead to termination of agreement with immediate effect

- Fixed annual fee for one technical inspection and assistant service in maintenance

- Continuous maintenance prevents serious problems in apartment and assurance for tenant
- MAINTENANCE SERVICE CREATES FUTURE VALUE & BENEFITS
GUARANATEES
- Apartment for rent without outstanding payment
- Rented apartment with up-to dated in payments
- Home Owner has to get full month rent even if the tenant is gone
- If outstanding utility payments are higher than 110% of Rent, BPartner is liable for extra expenses
- HOME OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR OUTSTANDING UTILITY PAYMENTS OF TENANT
