place. Firstly we do a general inspection in the apartment
and do snag list. Technical checking is about finding
defects and unexpected problems in the apartment, so we are
watching the apartment very carefully. If snags are detected
the builder is liable for correcting them according to the
snag list.
Handover
Handover is not taken place unless snags are corrected.
Therefore, handover is the last step after inspections and
corrections are carried out as efficiently as we can.
