Management fee - 8% of rent a month + VAT FREE OF CHARGE MANAGEMENT DURING VACANCY
Introduction/Finder's fee - One month's rent when apartment is rented with 12 months' lease at least (incl. of VAT)
           
   
Technical Inspection & Handover - HU50,000 + VAT  with Inspection and Handover Report (applicable for New Apartments only)
             
   
Fitting Out/Furnishing with
Balance Refund Guarantee		 - 20% of Fitout budget but max. HUF250,000 + VAT - TRANSPARENT
(Fitout Report with copy of invoices and receipts)
   
Refurbishing/Re-Decoration with
Balance Refund Guarantee		 - 10% of Project budget but max. HUF1,000,000 + VAT - TRANSPARENT
(Project Report with copy of invoices and receipts)
 
             
Utility Management - HUF25,000 + VAT (Initial registration fee when a property handed over)
