Super gross rental income = 1.27 x Gross rent
Taxable base = Super gross rent less deductable charges
Income Tax = 17% of Taxable base
Thanks to Super Gross Rule Income Tax increased to
21.59% in Hungary but income band (taxable base) is
as wide as HUF5 millions.
