Financial management is a fundamental part of our service. We collect and account for rent and utilites as directed by the property management agreement. As a rent receiving agent, we will need to deduct and pay tax deposit from rent on a monthly basis. In addition to this, we can provide you with tax-related financial advice to help you obtain the maximum benefits from your tax allowances and circumstances. All rental income is taxable. Any profit you make from letting out a property (i.e., the money left over after your expenses have been deducted) within Hungary is subject to Hungarian income tax and landlords are required to submit an annual self-assessment tax return to National Revenue & Customs, which declares their income and any taxes.

All of the above is included within the standard management fee. All you have to do is authorise the provider to liaise with us on your behalf and we will assist where possible. We can arrange for utility invoices to be sent to us. We will arrange settlement of these invoices out of funds provided by you. We spend your money as carefully as we would spend our own.
